Maximizing Safety and SPF Yield

Spray Foam Distributors teaches the health and safety aspects of using spray foam insulation, the type of equipment required to apply spray foam insulation and where spray foam insulation can be safely applied.

As you know, all rigs are a little different as well as the way each applicator sprays each area of the project.    We spend a lot of time with your applicators to share the techniques that will get the most yield from every set of material.
When you first try the Natural Polymers SPF products, we will be there to start the job and fine tune the pressure & temperature settings.  Spray Foam Distributors gets a lot more involved with this than anybody we know of.  We are usually on the job site for the whole day taking samples while you are spraying. We collect samples and weigh them, we make reactor temperature / pressure adjustments if necessary, take more samples, weigh them again, etc. until your rig is spraying at optimum yield and performance.
We record all of the job site conditions – substrate temp., ambient air temp., relative humidity, reactor temperatures & pressures, and of course density.  By the time we are finished, we will have constructed the graph that will show your applicators where the yield sweet spot is during any given day.
We supply the tools you will need: a scale for weighing the samples, humidity gauges, temperature gauges for the A & B hoses at the gun whip, a substrate temperature gun, and the step by step instructions.   These tools make it easy for your applicators to complete the graph and get consistent yields on every job.

The graph is an invaluable reference for reactor settings especially when seasonal temperatures and humidity fluctuate significantly.   At the start of each job the optimum yield is achieved.

  • Can you get a warranty on an insulation installation? Is that from the contractor, or from the maker of the insulation itself? My neighbor told me some scary stories about her experiences with a faulty install…

  • admin:

Tha@k you Reid for the question. The distributor – us – and our manufacturer warranty the spray foam materials for life. This covers any degredation or reduced adherence problems. The contractors warranty the installation to follow the codes and required application methods.

Ihope this answers your questions. Please call me or e-mail again.

  • Howdy! Someone in my Facebook group shared this site with us so I came to give it a look. I’m definitely enjoying the information. I’m bookmarking and will be tweeting this to my followers! Fantastic blog and wonderful design.

  • Aw, this was an incredibly good post. Taking a few minutes and actual effort to create a great article… but what can I say… I put things off a whole lot and don’t manage to get nearly anything done.
